What is 10 and Under Tennis? 10 & UNDER Tennis is designed to bring kids into the game immediately with equipment and playing fields scaled to the size of kids 10 and Under so they can achieve success the first time out - and sustain that success as they continue to develop and improve their skills. It's a whole new ball game with new rules passed by the ITF and USTA to require all 10 and Under Tournaments to be played using slower moving/lower bouncing balls with shorter, lighter racquets on smaller courts and modified scoring. With over 18 million children under the age of 10 in the U.S., getting more kids on the court and keeping them coming back translates to big growth for tennis.
