Women in Tennis Forum to be Held at PTR Symposium

Professional Tennis Registry (PTR) announced that it will hold a Women in Tennis Forum during the PTR International Tennis Symposium - Feb. 12-15, on Hilton Head Island, S.C..  The Forum will be on Thursday, Feb. 14. Sarah Stone will moderate a panel of experts, including former World #1 Gigi Fernandez, Andy Murray’s coach Judy Murray, Tennis Australia’s Emma Doyle and Leizel Huber’s coach Tony Huber.  

Courts Planned for Racquet/Paddle Show Exhibit Hall

For the Show Preview area at the inaugural Racquet & Paddle Sports Conference in Orlando’s Orange County Convention Center, two temporary courts are planned on which attendees will be able to play various court sports and try out new equipment. The conference will be Jan. 23-25.

USTA Pacific Northwest Section Opens Two Tennis Facilities

The USTA Pacific Northwest (USTA PNW) opened the Galbraith Tennis Center in Tacoma, Wash., and reopened the Vancouver Tennis Center in Vancouver, Wash. Both facilities offer an experience and amenities that are considered industry best. Modern tenant improvements, court surfacing, and live stream court viewing are just a few of the attractions both facilities provide.

Orlando Racquet & Paddle Sports, Facility Conference to be Jan. 23-25

Get ready for the inaugural Racquet & Paddle Sports Conference, to be held Jan. 23-25 in Orlando, Fla., incorporating an expanded Tennis Owners & Managers Conference. The new racquet sports event will be co-located with the PGA Merchandise Show at the Orange County Convention Center and will include an Innovation & Tech Demo Event at the USTA National Campus in Lake Nona.
