2016 State of the Industry Analyzes Research on Participation, Equipment and More

The 2016 State of the Industry report is available from the TIA and outlines key research to help tennis industry businesses and organizations. The TIA produces more than 70 annual research reports, and the State of the Industry analyzes this data to determine where this industry has been, where it is now, and where it is going.

TIA Webinar Series Attracts Hundreds

As of mid-June, nearly 1,000 people had registered for a webinar in the TIA’s series of educational webinars offered through June, July and August. The PTR and USPTA offer Continuing Education Credits for those who attend the webinars, and Tennis Australia is promoting the series for coach development. Register for 9th TIA Tennis Forum in New York Aug. 29

Register now for the ninth annual TIA Tennis Forum, which will be Monday, Aug. 29, on the Ballroom level of the Grand Hyatt New York City, right before play begins at the 2016 US Open. In addition to presenting the latest news about the tennis industry, the Forum will include a ceremony honoring the two inductees into the Tennis Industry Hall of Fame: Eve Kraft and Eugene Scott.

State of Industry Report Values Tennis Economy at $5.94 Billion

The TIA will soon publish the sixth edition of its annual State of the Industry report, which analyzes data from the previous year collected through the nearly 80 TIA surveys and research studies. The State of the Industry report contains important information that all segments of the tennis industry can, and should, use to help their business. The full 16-page report will be available to all TIA members.

Tennis Industry Comes Together For ‘State of the Industry’ Conference

More than 300 tennis industry leaders, who gathered recently at the 2016 State of the Tennis Industry Forum held in Miami, heard about the future of the sport, including key information and statistics that pointed out the challenges and opportunities tennis faces today.
