TIA’s Comprehensive Business Directory Covers Industry Products, Services and More

The Tennis Industry Association has recently updated its comprehensive online industry resource, the TIA Business Directory, designed to help quickly locate products, services, and information that tennis industry professionals and tennis players seek. The TIA Business Directory lists more than 10,000 tennis industry businesses. It can be accessed at TennisIndustry.org by clicking on “Directory.”

State of Industry Report to Value Tennis Economy at $5.73 Billion

The TIA will soon be publishing the fifth edition of its annual State of the Industry report, which analyzes data from the previous year collected through the nearly 80 TIA surveys and research studies. The State of the Industry report contains important information that all segments of the tennis industry can, and should, use to help their business.

Nearly 2,000 Tennis Facilities Offer ‘Try Tennis Free’ in Nationwide Campaign

As the tennis-industry-wide “Try Tennis Free” national campaign passes the midpoint in the month of May, nearly 2,000 facilities across the country have signed on to offer free tennis sessions designed to bring non-players and former players into the sport. Consumers, particularly new or returning players, can visit  PlayTennis.com or TryTennisFree.com to find local facilities and tennis teaching professionals offering a free introductory session, lesson, clinic or other event.

Hundreds of Tennis Facilities Join Nationwide ‘Try Tennis Free’ Campaign

Throughout the month of May, the tennis industry-supported “Try Tennis Free” campaign will bring non-players and former players into the sport at any of at least 1,800 participating facilities nationwide. Consumers, particularly new or returning players, can visit PlayTennis.com or TryTennisFree.com to find local facilities and tennis teaching professionals offering a free introductory session, lesson, clinic or other event.

Sign Up to Participate in ‘Try Tennis Free’ Campaign

Throughout the month of May, consumers will be encouraged to get out onto the tennis courts through the “Try Tennis Free” campaign. Managed by the Tennis Industry Association (TIA), Try Tennis Free has the support and partnership of the two main tennis-teaching groups in the U.S.—the Professional Tennis Registry (PTR) and the U.S. Professional Tennis Association (USPTA)—along with the U.S. Tennis Association (USTA), the national governing body of tennis.
