In a collaboration between the Professional and Community Tennis divisions of the USTA a new program launched this year will provide grants to Pro Circuit sites that actively promote the 10 and Under Tennis format at their events, and whose facilities make programming available to the community. A primary goal of the legacy program is for tennis communities in the Pro Circuit markets to benefit from the tournaments throughout the year with enhanced support of grassroots programs.

(March 7, 2012) – The 2012 World TeamTennis Pro League schedule kicks off on Monday, July 9, with the defending champion Washington Kastles vying to continue their 16-match winning streak that started last summer, as they face off against the Orange Country Breakers in Irvine, Calif. League officials today released the 59-match schedule for the three-week regular season of the WTT Pro League presented by GEICO, which runs July 9-28 and concludes with the WTT Finals Weekend, Sept. 14-16 in Charleston, S.C.
