The new, innovative TRX Cardio Tennis program will get a big boost in July with a training course at IMG Academies in Bradenton, Fla., where legendary coach Nick Bollettieri is scheduled to speak to the group. As a part of the new online Cardio Tennis Interactive experience, the Get Fit Challenge is designed to help participants get even better results, stay engaged with the program for longer periods of time, and increase the enjoyment of the health benefits associated with Cardio Tennis via an online web portal that tracks calories burned, participant activity, provides healthy eating guidance, and more.
Recently, Cardio Tennis Manager Michele Krause and members of the National Cardio Tennis Speakers Team delivered high-energy Cardio Tennis Training Courses in Canada and the San Francisco area to nearly 100 tennis professionals.
