To help tennis providers manage and grow their businesses, the Tennis Industry Association is working with technology development companies that offer “software as a service” (SaaS). The newest partner is 10sPortal.com, a web-based suite of highly integrated tennis-club management software services.
The Tennis Industry Association has recently updated its comprehensive online industry resource, the TIA Business Directory, designed to help quickly locate products, services, and information that tennis industry professionals and tennis players seek. The TIA Business Directory lists more than 10,000 tennis industry businesses. It can be accessed at TennisIndustry.org by clicking on “Directory.”
Retour Tennis, the maker of the AD-IN Bin for tennis ball recycling, has joined the Tennis Industry Association as a Supporting Member.
The TIA will soon be publishing the fifth edition of its annual State of the Industry report, which analyzes data from the previous year collected through the nearly 80 TIA surveys and research studies. The State of the Industry report contains important information that all segments of the tennis industry can, and should, use to help their business.

Thirty select tennis and fitness professionals from across the U.S. took part in the Cardio Tennis Trainer Summit, held at the IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fla. At the two-and-a-half-day event, attendees learned the skills and knowledge required to be a TIA Cardio Tennis Trainer.
The PlayTennis.com website, which is a “central portal” for bringing people into tennis, has been upgraded with new features and functionality, which will further help to boost play during the tennis-industry-wide “Try Tennis Free” campaign.
