Cardio Tennis on the Schedule at 2013 USPTA World Conference

TIA Cardio Tennis Manager, Michele Krause, will travel with members of the Cardio Tennis Trainer's team to Orlando, FL, to provide 2013 USPTA World Conference attendees access to free Cardio Tennis and TRX Cardio Tennis morning workouts, in addition to an opportunity to become Licensed Cardio Tennis and TRX Cardio Tennis professionals at paid trainings available on September 23 & 28, 2013.

The TRX Cardio Tennis and Cardio Tennis morning workouts will begin on Courts 2,3,5,& 6 at 6:30 AM on Tuesday-Friday, September 24-27, at the Grand Cypress Racquet Club where Cardio Tennis Master Trainers will be delivering the daily "heart-pumping fitness" classes. The classes run for one hour each and pros who wish to participate are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes early to program their heart-rate monitor, which is a crucial component of any Cardio Tennis and TRX Cardio Tennis class.

"We're excited about this opportunity to be a part of the USPTA World Conference and work with USPTA Professionals from across the world and give them first-hand experience with the Cardio Tennis and TRX Cardio Tennis programs," says Krause.

On Monday, September, 23, 2013, USPTA pros can register to attend the Cardio Tennis Specialty Course, which is scheduled from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. The cost of this specialty course is $40.  However, if pros wish to attend the full day training from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, Cardio Tennis is offering a special reduced rate on the full training course of $125 ($25 off normal rate). For pros who have already registered for the specialty course, they simply would pay the difference of $85.  CEU credits are also available to USPTA professionals who complete the full 7 hour training course.

The following Saturday, September 28, 2013, the TIA will host a TRX Cardio Tennis Training course at RDV Sportsplex and Athletic Club from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
