Tennis Channel’s French Open coverage set new ratings highs for the network, both in average and single-day tune in. The channel’s live tournament coverage saw an average 0.72 household coverage-area rating, up 33 percent vs. 2014’s 0.54 average. The average 175,000 households in Nielsen metered markets across two weeks was the highest in Tennis Channel’s history in Paris.

Sportsmen’s Tennis and Enrichment Center, located in Dorchester’s historic Harambee Park, will host Olympic and Paralympic tennis if Boston becomes the host city for the 2024 Olympic Games, Sportsmen’s Executive Director Toni Wiley and Boston 2024 Partnership CEO Rich Davey announced.

The Tennis Industry Association is accepting nominations for the Tennis Industry Hall of Fame for 2015, which honors individuals who have made a significant impact on the sport of tennis. Nominations, which are due by June 1, can be in any of four categories: Inventors, Founders, Innovators or Contributors.

Conference, to be held in Miami during the 2016 Miami Open.
