Courts Planned for Racquet/Paddle Show Exhibit Hall

For the Show Preview area at the inaugural Racquet & Paddle Sports Conference in Orlando’s Orange County Convention Center, two temporary courts are planned on which attendees will be able to play various court sports and try out new equipment. The conference will be Jan. 23-25.

A 60-foot NEXT-COURT by Mateflex racquet and paddle court will be sponsored and installed to showcase youth tennis, POP Tenniis, pickleballl and other racquet and paddle sports. Mateflex ( the oldest manufacturer of modular sport surfaces in the country, has worked closely with racquet and paddle sport professionals to develop the NEXT-COURT ( playing surface. 

A full-size padel court is also slated to be installed by All Racquet Sports ( and Play Padel USA. Padel, one of the fastest growing racquet sports worldwide, is played on an enclosed court, close to one-third of the size of a tennis court. The ball can be played off the glass walls.

“We’re excited to have these courts installed at the Orange County Convention Center for attendees and appreciate the assistance of Mateflex, Next-Court and All Racquet Sports,” says Jolyn de Boer, executive director of the Tennis Industry Association, which is working in conjunction with Reed Exhibitions to organize the Racquet & Paddle Sports Conference.

The multi-faceted tennis, racquet and paddle sports industry event will be co-located with the PGA Merchandise Show and will feature a hands-on product demo experience and opening welcome party at the USTA National Campus in Lake Nona; a curated ONE2ONE buying event; Tennis Owners & Managers (TOM) Conference (visit; and a “Show Preview,” a pavilion of racquet, paddle and tennis vendors and organizations.
