TIA Consumer Reports
TIA Consumer Reports are developed from an annual survey of over 2,500 frequent tennis players. Consumer reports include playing characteristics, buying habits and motivations, brand strength (including awareness and propensity to buy), and brand image. In 2012 the TIA Conducted its first ever retail report that looks at consumers retail behavior and shopping preferences (Online vs in-store preferences). The 2012 report covers racquets, 2013 will cover shoes, and 2014 will cover apparel. This study is not limited to only frequent players, also includes regular players.
