Tennis Media Company announced the launch of a new digital magazine called Tennis 15-30. Delivered twice each month, on the 15th and 30th, the interactive digital-only editions serve as a stand-alone to be consumed on both desktop browsers and such tablet devices as iPad and Kindle Fire.

At the USTA Community Tennis Development Workshop in New Orleans in January, Kurt Kamperman, the chief executive of Community Tennis, stressed that the USTA will “focus on fewer things that will create bigger results, and do them better.” In 2012, he added, that means concentrating on 10 and Under Tennis.

TIA, U.S. Tennis Writers' Association Join Forces

The Tennis Industry Association has aligned with the U.S. Tennis Writers’ Association to bring expanded member benefits, services and research to the tennis media segment of the industry. In an agreement announced today, all current USTWA members can now receive a complimentary TIA Industry Membership.
