The July issue of Prevention magazine included a feature titled “Cardio Tennis: Recess for Adults,” about the benefits of Cardio Tennis for “sculpting your arms, legs, chest, shoulders and core.” The article said that Cardio Tennis is “a truly energizing experience that burns around 350 to 500 calories an hour.” Prevention magazine goes to 2.8 million subscribers.
