Federal Gov't Seeks Help in Fighting Counterfeit Goods
The National Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Coordination Center is looking to take down websites and/or seize domain names that distribute counterfeit sports equipment and apparel, or paraphernalia for any professional or college sports teams. The TIA is making a concerted effort to curtail this growing trend in the tennis industry by implementing a Counterfeit Racquet Alert Campaign.    More
